Fully Automated Restauants This isn’t your Grandmother/Great-Grandmother’s Automat; this is a modern high-tech Automatic Restaurant. There are several tablet like devices where you order your food and pay for it, and then there is a wall with cubby like things and a screen that lists those waiting for their orders and which cubby number has their food when the food is ready. Once it’s ready you go to the cubby that your number is and it shows your name on the touch screen and your food image and you touch the ‘touch here’ spot and the screen lifts and reveals your food which you can then take. |
